CSRA Chapter of the American Payroll Assoc. invites you to our May 2012 Chapter meeting

Topic: “Taking the Pain out of Stess: Creating a Healthier, Happier Workplace”
Guest speaker will be Steve Cartin from Cartin Business Coaching and Management

Location: ADP, Inc – in the Cafe, One ADP Drive, Augusta, GA 30909

Caterer: “‘Be My Guest” is catering the event.

The menu will be: Roasted Chicken, Classic Tossed Salad, Parsley New Potatoes, Broccoli Casserole and Chocolate Decadence Cake.

• 1.5 RCH credit hours will be earned for attending this meeting.
• Let us know if you have any updates or announcements. This meeting is about you and for you.
• Don’t forget to update your membership status. Dues are $50.00. Meetings are $15.00.

1. You can prepay through PayPal by visiting our website at http://www.csraapa.com.
2. You can also prepay by mailing a check payable to CSRA APA to P.O. BOX 5121, Augusta, GA 30906. This check must be received by Thursday, May 17 in order to be admitted to the meeting. If the check is received after deadline, payment will be applied to future meeting, and $15[1] will need to be paid at the door.
3. Payment will be accepted at the door on the day of the meeting. Please try to bring exact change or have your check made payable to CSRA APA for $15.00. This will help us expedite the process and get the meeting started on time.

Membership dues are $50.00 annually for non-students and $25.00 for full time college students.
